I moved to a new location and my Alexa said something about the wifi password
My issue is not resolved. I moved three weeks ago, now I can't get it to work. It says something about my wifi password.
Alexa says my Wi-Fi password has changed. Alexa is not working.
How do I update the password? Are you going to answer my question?

Alexa has stopped playing radio station requests. When asked to play a station (it has always played before), it says, 'Playing CBC Radio One Whitehorse. Hmm, I am having trouble playing that right now.' I have restarted my internet, router, and Move several times with no results.

Alexa device is not pairing with Amazon in the mobile .so it would me pleasure for u to help out in this.i have tried over other place to start up but couldn't make it up. What the company could do better is your customer service really means a lot to be desired. You cant seem to get a hold of anybody and if you do, they dont know what the *** youre talking about and then they go ahead and tell you that billing cycle would be 599 a month and then you go to start it and its 3499 a month, I find it very insulting and outrageous

Every time I call there Customer Support or tech-support. The phone would not connect.
It would just say it wasn’t a connected number and that the number was no longer valid. Very very frustrating.
First of all paying $35 a month is ridiculous. I think thats how unthinkable and ridiculous amount of money so Im just gonna leave my Alexa the way it is.
