Alexa echo wont connect to internet
I just purchased the Alexa echo glow, but its not connecting to the Internet. Its giving me a code saying its been blacklisted for some reason.
Preferred solution: I’m looking to get my product so I can use it towards the Internet to connect to my Internet

Echo 10 error without explanation
I can't use Echo 10. I keep receiving a message when I instruct Alexa Echo 10, 'Sorry, something went wrong. Contact customer service.' I do not know what went wrong or how to fix it, or who to call.

Verizon says that I cannot call this number and please check it
I have an old echo. It says that it needs to be re-registered.
It is my boyfriends and I have two in the house and we cant get this one to work or register and I cant get anybody to freaking help me so its useless. Call me 916-719-****.

Need to reconnect my light to Alexa
I spend my money on Alexa products. I work hard for the littthe things I have.
I needed help because I'm old & not technically knowledgeable. So I wanted to speak to a person.

Resolved: Locked out of account. Reset password
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Solved it myself
I refuse to pay even one dollar to reset my forgotten password.i guess I dont use Alexa or Amazon that much, therefore Ill use it even less since you wont help me reset my account
